BAD SERVICE

I am so disgusted in their bad customer service. I bought a sleep-master bed from Bradlows Carnival mall Brakpan on the 24th of June 2019. I initially bought the bed for my parents. During the first week on the bed's arrival. My mom got sick with the flu and her body started aching. We went to Bradlows to change the bed because my mom thought it was the bed that made her body ache. We paid an additional R1000 for a new Sealy bed . The second week the body aches were gone so my mom said it was the flu. So I wanted a refund for the additional R1000 I paid. On the third week the bed started making holes. We went back to them to tell them about the holes and said they should keep the R1000 and give us the new bed. The manager said it's fine they'll send the warehouse to come and collect the bed and bring the new bed. On the 10th of October the came to collect the bed without bringing another bed. My poor parents of 52 and 53 years old are now sleeping on the floor for 3 days going on 4 days. My mom has arthritis in her spine and is sleeping on the floor. On the 10th of October we went to them they have this don't care attitude. The sad part is we still wanted to buy more furniture from them the but after this experience I WILL NEVER buy anything from them. I would also not advise anyone to buy from them. The service is pathetic and extremely poor!
