BAD refund process

On the 24th of August 2021,I bought a TV at bradlows carnival city mall. Later I found that it is over priced 43 inch for R5999. I returned it on the 25th of August 2021. The guy who was assisting me said he made a ***** af giving me a TV with his brother's TV license. When he have to do refund it need to go to his brother's account. Of which I fail to understand the logic behind refund. 23rd August I called to make a follow up the manager said to me what the sabodinate did was wrong she had to cover it up, but the refund will take 7-14 days. Upto date I have not received mybl refund when calling everyone is sending me from pillor to post. I sence a lot of ill treatment and unprofessionalism with the staff members. The person who was assisting (a guy) he demanded R200 for TV license to be paid to his brother. I think that suppose to be investigated. Treatment that I received is is so unprofessional. I need my refund now.
