Bad Quality Leather Couches by Morkels

<p>I bought three piece black leather couches from Morkels in July 2015 from a branch at Johanneburg at Jeppe Street. By April 2016 the three seater couch started self-tearing, unlike the other two couches, mind you I even bought products to revive and maintain our couches at the Morkels Store on the date of sale. It was around May 2016 when I lodged a compaint with the store and was told that Morkels will not fix or replace the couch, the lady I spoke to refused to assist me, citing reasons that Morkels will not fix my couch even if its still under the 2 year warranty. She however indicated that the Store will send people to assess the level of damage; unfortunately to date no one came to assess or even fix the couch.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a well seasoned customer of Morkels I feel that my rights as a customer were infringed and if I do not get assistance, I will be left with no option,but to pursue either the legal route or ombudsman.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer Number: ********** 214</p> <p>Account Number: ********** ********** 95316</p> <p> </p> <p>I warn people who buy leather couches at Morkels, as the quality of their leather is sub-standard.</p> <p> </p>
