Bad quality furniture and dishonest selling of products

On the 6th October 2018 I bought a Grafton Everest lounge suite from Bradlows Bluff for r22 459,95. End of 2019 the arm and back rests began puckering and peeling and the back rest on the 3seater began dropping. In January of 2020 the 2 seater couch collapsed and no one could sit on it.the back rest completely fell backwards on the 3seater and I had to prop it against the window sill. When I contacted Bradlows in February I was told that they couldn't find my sale on the system, they would look for it as the salesman who sold me the couches is no longer there. After a day or two I called back a and was told they still could not find my sale so I went into the bank and got a bank statement showing the payment made to Bradlows. The manager then took down my complaint and proceeded to tell me that my arm rests cover is not under guarantee because it's not genuine leather. I was so angry because I had the finance at the time which I showed her on my bank statement, there is no way I would have purchased a **** leather lounge suite for that price. The salesman had told me it was genuine leather as when I entered the store I told him I wanted a genuine leather, big and comfortable lounge suite. Now I get told it's ****. I told the lady I am not prepared to pay to re cover a lounge suite I paid so much money for. She told me there nothing they can do as it's not covered as theres only genuine leather uppers and the salesman should have told me. So here I sit with a broken 2seater covered with a sheet to prevent people sitting on it and a collapsed back rest on the 3seater and peeled armrests that been covered with tv blankets. We then went into lockdown so nothing could be done and now finally a complaint has been lodged and I'm too sit and wait till they send someone out to collect it and they will assess it and let me know what will be done. I was hoodwinked by the salesman firstly, secondly how do I know after they fix it that it won't break again and I am left to fix it. Thirdly I cannot afford now to pay to have this big lounge suite re-upholstered. The way I feel right now is that i don't even want this lounge suite and if they cannot give me back my money they should give me a lounge suite for the same price in material as I do not trust their honesty concerning the authenticity of the leather. I am so disappointed in the quality of furniture from Bradlows. Please help
