Bad quality couches worth of thousanfd

I bought couches about 2 years this seater recliner kept on giving us problems till a few months ago.they called and said they can't fix it because it was factory fault mind you it went back about 3 times to them to fix.they bought us new couches but they where just a day old when the cup holder just broke they came and took it to be fixed they are not even 2 months old but planks broke and they are like we've had them for years.the quality is ver bad please bring back my old ones and make a plan about the 1 you can't fix because these are straight *******
