BAD QUALITY! BAD SERVICE

I bought sofas from Morkels at Sutherland Street in Mthatha last year in July 2015. After a few months i noticed damage on them. I went to Morkels in October 2015 and reported the damage. They took the sofas in November 2015. Till today i still haven't got my sofas. On the 5th of January 2016 i went to do a follow up and no one seemed to know about what was going on with my sofas. I am very disappointed in the service i got and also on the quality of the product that i bought from them. Worse they said i might pay for the repairs on the sofas. What's even more repulsing is the fact that i will pay for something that was not damaged by me. It is their fault as they sold poor quality sofas. It's embarrasing to myself when i have visitors as i do not know whey they are going to seat. I spent xmas and new years without my sofas that i bought cash YET they claim to be a 2 year guarantee store.
