Bad quality

I purchased a queen size bed from the Bradlows last year November we are nou in June 2025 but the bed is already giving me problems with my back and the one side looks like it is an old bed already worn out I logged a complaint with them seeing that the bed is still under warranty but they told me that I do not have the bed for more then a year so they are not going to replace the bed so this is real bed service seeing that I paid so much for the bed.
