I have been trying to get hold of Bradlows Complaints department now for months and with no replay. I have a problem with my bed it’s still under guarantee and it feels like its cracking under me with any move I make , PLEASE can someone phone me back or come and collect the bed and replace it with a new bed Please ,what’s the use of having a guarantee and you are still paying for the bed and I am not happy with the product. I can escalate this higher up who will help me.
