Bad experience

I made an offer on a house on one of the auction sites on the ********** 7 & that's also the day I requested a settlement quote from bradlows they told me I will get it within 24working hours whuch have long passed till today I have been sending e-mails to them calling for them to say they will send it today is the 10th of October the only call i got from them wasbeacuse they wantes to know why i want to close my account with them - all they care about is my money forgetting that when i get the house I will need furniture. I have unfortunately could not get the house because the loan depended on me settling the account first; i have taken this to their social page and they did not even bother to respond I am ****ed.
