Bad customer servicev

As a bradlows customer i was telephonically insulted by one of your consultated who phoned me regarding my account errears. He demand the pay in full or i will suffer the consequences. If you check my profile b4 lockdown everything was in order. Then we made an arrangement for me at least to pay R1000 each and everymonth until things goes back to normal. And i was doing that since lockdown. My monthly installment is R1400

At the moment am doing job to job not earning a full salary that why am not able to pay my installment in full A Not happy at all
