BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

My dad bought couches from Bradlows Vosloorus 3 months before he passed away.They started peeling we went and reported the matter they fetched them when they returned them they were worse than before one was even falling apart,you could not sit properly on them we reported them immediately nothing was done I even contacted their head office no help whatsoever,I sent another follower up email their reply was we waiting for the branch .I'm really hurt that we wasted R40000 for nothing.
