Bad Customer Service/*****

Bought expensive couches at Bradlows, which had some default. Not only were these not collected to be fixed but they were bought on the Double Bonanza Cashback which we never got.

Poor excuses are made about the handling of this matter as well as the payment of said/promised bonanza. According to the sales agent this would be paid in on the day of delivery.

I have a good mind and cancel this whole deal with them
