Bad Customer service, poor quality product

bought a Nuberry couch worth R33 000 from bradlaws Mayfield square Daveyton in March2022, that couch has been a problem since day one, the couch is not assembled properly and is wabbly i have reported the matter more than necessary. On friday 22.07.2022 they came to pick up the couch which i refused for them to take without giving me a substitute . i bought the couch cause i need to use it in the meantime the cough is gone where am i suppose to seat.

i do not want the couch to be fixed i want a replacement, how can i be subjected to a couch that needs fixing when i bought a new couch. My value for money has been compromised buy such incompetence and bad customer service Zozo the manager and Heminnah have never attended to my query to my satisfactory.
