Bad customer service ,Poor product quality

I recently bought a lounge suite from Southgate branch that was delivered on the 29.12.2020.

The two seater couch foot came off and I informed the branch on the 11th of this month.The branch logged the call on the same day and again today but I have received no information from head office.

This is very bad after sales service and quite disappointing in terms of the quality of the item as well,Im very disappointed and considering that I will be expected to pay at the end of the month for a defective item.
