Bad customer service from Bradlows Silverton

My mother bought a KIC fridge for R7000 which did not work even a month. Bradlows sent someone to refill the gas of the fridge. Which we decided that we no longer want the fridge. You can't refill a new fridge it will give us problems in future. The supplier was contacted and agreed to refund us. That was 3 Three weeks ago. Till today we haven't been refunded and the fridge hasn't been collected. We already bought another fridge. I contacted Bradlows Silverton 10 days ago and I was promised that the will be collected. Till today nothing has been done my mom even went to the store on Saturday 2023-07-15. I feel like we not taken seriously by the store.
