Bad Customer Service

On the 27 February 2025, I purchased a kitchen unit for cash, delivery paid. Yes they didn't have stock at that time but they promised me I will have the unit on the 3 March. When I contacted them they said the warehouse said they will deliver on the 8th. I waited. This morning 12th I went to the store to enquire, only to be told that the warehouse postponed delivery for the 11th, yesterday. But when they check the system the warehouse doesn't have stock. How is that even possible I do not know. Now I'm sitting in a house with no cabinets and I paid. Bradlows Thorntree, Soshanguve
