Bad customer service

I purchased a Restonic bed at the bradlows in jeppe street jhb and in less that 6 months the mattress on the sides the springs were showing and it was tearing the material I did log a complaint with the store and only got a respond from. Restonic that the issue was resolved on the 25 th of January but when I call the store to find out why they have not contacted me they told me that the issue is with the warehouse and they have nothing to do with my complaint anymore and I really find that very bad customer service as the number that they gave me for the warehouse does not work and I also send the customer service an email only to get a response that they still busy with the matter and I should contact them if I need an update it's so shocking Caz the number that they gave me does not work as well I'm. Really disappointed in the way they handling the customer quiry
