Bad customer service at Bradlows (Palm Springs Mall, Orange Farm)

I bought a lounge suite in 2016 and now its damaged when I go to the store (Palm Springs Mall, Bradlows) the manager told me my warranty has expired and they cannot help me. When I went back home I called the head office they told me my lounge suit is still under warranty. So my problem is that, this means they always send people back when they have damages on their furniture/appliances saying their warranty has expired while they still under warranty. Bradlows in Palm Springs mall is taking advantage of their customers because its a PDI area so they know most people are not educated and they don't know their rights.
