Bad customer service and goods delivered

I bought my lounge suite from bradlows last year cash. When the goods were delivered i noticed some scratches on the back rest. They then came to collect and i stayed months without my backrest. Yet the backrest came back not fixed cos they wanted me to pay about R1500 for repairs yest the couches were under warranty. This year the now the couches were starting to crack and llaid another complaint. They took them for almost 3months and whats funny they came repaired. But still the 3 seater couch that was sent to me was now lighter than my other ones, the dividers has space apart. The middles backrest is loose. Im not happy at all. Now when i communicate with via email they giving me a run around claiming they have been calling me with no luck. I regret wasting my money and going to that store. Its so heartbreaking to spend your hard earned cash on something you cant even enjoy. And the customer service sucks, its very bad shame.
