Bad customer service

ive opened an account with bradlows furniture and when i opened it i buying a bedroom suit, and i made a deposit of 4k on the 13k ive loaned, and again deposited 4k in April and remember on a monthly they debit a 970, but when i check my statement im left with 6k to still pay. Ive asked them to send me statement twice of whats been happening since ive opened an acc with them but they not. Please help me Peter!!
