Bad customer service

I bought couches at bradlows furniture shop ever since I bought those couches I've never been satisfied with them at all they've been sagging and cracking,I've been reporting at the branch that I bought them in and they have been taking them for repair for the 3rd time with the same problem up until again in February same problem of sagging and cracking till today I don't have couches at home it's the 8th month now since no respond from them and their head office.Yoliswa
