Bad Customer Service

I am extremely irritated for the disregard for customer service by the suppliers of Bradlows. I logged a complaint about the base of the bed sagging and making noise. I was called this morning to confirm time of delivery of the base. I informed them that I am not at home today but at the office and I offered to give up my lunch break to go home so that they deliver the bed base, the agreed time was 12:30pm, I call at about 12:45pm and then I got told they don't have stock. Why was I not called before I left the office and waste petrol which is already expensiv. I do not appreciate that level of customer service, most times its not the brand that is lacking but the individuals working there. I am absolutely irritated with the suppliers at pinetown I believe.
