Bad customer service

Iam not happy with Bradlows Esikhaleni, I bought JVC hifi system on the 20 November 2020 that's was R5499 with the 1 year guarantee, the problem started when the hifi stop working on early January 202, I took the hifi back at the shop in order for me to get the new one or my money back, and they didn't action my quiry at that time, after 3weeks I went back to find out what is the problem because they don't say anything, they told me about the suppliers that they waiting for them to come and and collect, and I asked if those supplies don't come till end of 2021 which means I won't get my radio,they promise to call me on Monday on the 1st of February 2021but no one called me, so now I need my money back or they must give me any hifi that worth R5499. Thank you
