Bad customer service

I bought a microwave early June at Bradlaws jabulani mall soweto, I am still waiting for them to deliver, when I call them they told me that they no longer have the 28 litre, I have to add 300 for 30 litres, OK I went to the shop with the 300 to pay, now they are telling me that I will have to wait again for the head office to transfer my money back to the shop. Am tired of waiting.
