BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

At the JDG Trading warehouse <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I would like to inform you of the worst customer service experience i received at JDG Trading warehouse in Jet Park 14 December 2015. i went to the warehouse to collect Restonic Magnolia 152cm base set and 152cm mattress protector. i went to the reception asked to produce and sign collection documents which i did. The lady come take the papers order me to seat down with no explanation of what she is doing. <br> <br> <br> <br> After 15 minutes she comes back says nothing continues to go and down stairs. Later she returns say to other customers she has call her branch where she made purchase to change site. Half way through the stairs she is screams you go to the despatch 8 or 9 i ask her if she talking to me or the other client she says you. <br> <br> <br> <br> Without using my name or surname because she had my documents. i go the despatch 08 or 09 i arrive the security shutters are closed no staff on site i wait after a while i go back to reception area no acknowledgment from staff at reception. i wait again i see glass window i go there and the staff just look at me continue with the business like am invisible.<br> <br> <br> <br> After a while i knock using my car ke
