Bad customer service.

I have never recieved such bad service ever in my life from bradlows. Last yr December we bought a lounge suite with a coffee table on the day of delivery we noticed that the table was faulty we therefore asked they take it and they refused. The nxt week they brought another table which was still faulty we therefore decided to choose a different and it was delivered but they still refused to take back the faulty. Today which is a month after they decided to come and collect the other table and the person responsible for for taking the table was so rude because I started asking questions and he did not want to give us proof that he is actually taking back the table. What was worse is when he actually got into the truck and said he doesn't have time for this he had a long day so will decide what to do with the table because we refuse that he take it. So I ask myself one question is this realy the service that we are suppose to receive while we are paying for the it.
