Bad customer service

On the 16th of July i bought the tv stand at Bradlows Oudtshoorn and i was given the od one that was on display and was promised that the following Monday of the 22 the new one will be dilivered at home. On the 29th i went to the store to enquire and was promised that it will be dilivered the same day they are waiting for the drivers again on the 04th August it was the same story.on the 15th of August i told them if its not delivered by the end of the day , i do not need it any more i want my money, they came on the 16th Aug to fetch the old one , they promised to refund me my money from the 16th of August and told me that it will take up to 7 days for the refund. Now when i ask them they are taking me from pillar to post.
