Bad Customer Service

My name is Luzuko Makwayiba I bought a Music System at Bradlows, so now they duplicated my account I've been in and out of the store trying to get help no one assisted me. Tried to write emails to them to clear my name but nothing still. I paid my account finish now debtors collectors are harrasing me. Please assist me regarding the matter my credit score is even low because of that. ***
