Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience with this furniture shop I bought a dining room suit cash for 20000 but when they deliver it was broken They have been fixing those broken chairs for the last 4 months they are taking me from pillar to post when they are suppose to bring back my chairs they don't put the mouth where their money is I'm really angry at them
