Bad customer service

I did a laby for a tv stand (juliet) with costs of 6500,I paid 2500 then I decided to cancel and take the one that costed 3500.when i completed my layby they delivered the wrong one even the colour and they are not answering their phones after I told them about the error they made of which they promised they would rectify
