Bad customer service

<p>I'm highly disgusted by the service I received at Bradlows based in West street.</p> <p>I bought a lounge suit that was delivered on 18/11/2016. How ever the coaches were faulty the following month on the 14/12/2016,I did go to the store to report the fault, on the 21/12/2016 i was advised to wait for a week they will fetch the faulty couch,even now no one has communicated with me regarding this matter. Can I have someone from this company to call me and resolve this issue as soon as possible as am paying for a product am not happy about . I will take the issue further.</p>
