Bad customer service

<p>I have just called their customer service call center they keep on hanging up on me without saying anything. I was calling regarding the account i have opened in one of their branches in Cape Town which also did not give me any feedback saying their system is down. Its either they deliver my goods or i am cancelling everything. Pathetic service</p>
