Bad customer service

I was at protea Glen mall today to buy a bed, I ddnt have anyone to assist me until I called for help. A guy by Mr Pitso came by while I was asking why they not assisting me he told me because some people just come in and not buy when one wants to buy must call for assistance, I told him that's not the case bcz I am from Russells and I got the best service ever. Then he told me to go and buy from Russells. He said" tsamaya o reka ko Russells then" then he refused to show me the manager instead by attitude he spelled his name out.
