BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a bed online via Bradlows, a few months down the line the mattress starts been dented in bear mind I’m not home everyday. I get home one day I hear 2 of the springs making a noise, okay this bed is messed up because hadn’t been on it for 48hours. When I look at the bed properly the bed has sample stickers on it which I missed . I am still within my warranty period. So I lodge a complaint on the 18th of April it’s the 25 April and I have been waiting for them to get back to me. This is really bad customer service ayy
