Bad customer experience

On the 14 of December 2022 I bought cupboard at Bradlows in King williams Town and I was advised it will be delivered within three days. After 3 days it was not delivered as I was advised I called the store regarding the delivery and I was shocked to find out the cupboard was out stock. They were unprofessional because they were suppose to double check while I was in the store to cut the story short I ended up choosing a different one which was R1300 less than the one I bought and I was advised the difference will paid in my account after 7 days till today I'm still waiting for my refund😭 it's 2 months already. I called this number for assistance *** they were unhelpful I don't know what to do 🥺
