Bad customer experience

What a bad customer service I've had with bradlows I've purchased a Sansui black mirror fridge Yesterday and I was told it was going to be delivered yesterday or today and I'm still waiting when I went back to the store they phoned warehouse only to find out the fridge is not even yet collected of which they had advised me not to get my own transport for delivery because they deliver same day and yet I'm still waiting I want to cancel my purchase I don't want anything to do with Bradlows and I've phoned their complaints department and spoke to Thozama and she advised they can't assist I must go back to the store
