Bad communication

We purchase lounge and dinning room suite on Wednesday and we were charge dilivery to the amount of R800.00 from Rosslyn to Ga-Rankuwa Zone 6. Up to today we haven't receive anything yet. Head office can't help cause we spoke Xolisi . branch said they send papers. warehouse said they receive no orders to release the goods (Lindi from warehouse).
