Bad business conduct to the core
For the past three months I was a Freelancer at Bradlows Germiston, I never saw such a pathetic experience of customer service in the retail industry under the management of a lady who goes by the name Nokwenzani Carol Nyakale. I had a first hand experience all because I hoped that I could be part of the company as I was not employed but being part of the company would make it a little easier as I was suppose to earn income through it.
At the very first customer I introduced to the company having had little to to do but my customer was offered a not working radio as a free gift to say thanks for the sale of a bedroom suite, who does that to customers? But this time I saw it happen. From that one customer to another I had to experience customers having to be given false promises on the advertised promotions to lure them to the branch, from cash back and extra goods that were never met.
Until it had to punish me as a Freelance whom I got no powers to recourse as I could not have my customers goods delivered just because it was a way to punish me as I re**** only on my deliveries to get paid. This happens at the very crucial time where like any other parents would want to buy clothes for their children, I couldn't buy my 14 year old daughter clothes because I couldn't get remunerated due to the bad servicing of customers, instead the manager became too personal to me until I saw that I am pushed out of the company. I write review knowing exactly what the mentioned person is capable of playing dirty as she always mentioned that she has Katlehong police who can do her dirty work as she is well known, I don't mind I can handle everything.
I'd like Hello Peter to zoom in in all the complaints that are made into the company but because I happened to be part of the team I give you the root cause to all the problems in that branch, from mishandling to customer treatment up untill to customer service. Unfortunately the manager is just as bigger to herself as even her regional manager has got little that he can do about her. I doubt even Bradlows as a brand could do anything.
