Bad bad service.

Bought a bed and had to have the mattress replaced in 4 months. Again mattress did the same. Complained and said I was moving provinces and nobody did anything. Now they expect me at my cost to take the bed back to the shop I bought it from to get a refund. It is so not happening. I want my money and they can arrange to collect it in Jhb.
