Bad bad service

Hello. I bought a sony shake x70d for R14000 about two months ago... And the hi-fi doen't work anymore. Go to bradlows where i bought it.... When i came there all the people was just sitting around and one was even sleeping. I had to ofload the equipment by myself because the man assisting me is busy talking on his phone. We tested the system and still not working. The branch manager and none of her people have masks on..... Thay don't want to replace or refund. I had the worst service there ever. This case is still busy...
