Bad bad bad service!

I cant believe i ordered my bed on the 28th November 2021 and on the 13 December 2021 i still have not received my bed, i bought the bed coz i needed it urgently for a new place of residence, Ive been sleeping in my friend's bed and i cant imagine how annoying it must be from my friend. My mistake was to not look at the reviews...
