bad bad bad service.

bought a bed base set at bradlows festival mall in 2017 with a 2 year warranty. in less than 2 years, the mattress worn out, you can feel the springs when lying on the mattress. went to the store as to exchange the mattress. store told us that delivery will take place on 24/06/19. today at 16H58 after being promised that the mattress will be delivered on 29/06/19 first stop, we haven't got our replacement mattress. Vincent and Bongani at the factory in jetpark is useless as to help the customers. we phoned them 4 times on 29/06/19 and every time they said to us that the order was dispatched. up till now, no response from the factory. thabiso at the store in festival mall was very rude today when we went to find out what's happening with our order, sending an email to the factory. he said that he will collect the mattress himself on Monday morning just like he said he will do on 27/06/19, which never happened. lets hope we get an answer on Monday. please do your self a favour not to buy from any bradlows store. they are useless when need to swop out.
