Bad and poor service

Bradlows Kimberly, poor and bad service. My sister bought kitchen cupboards, last year Nov she paid cash. When they brought the cupboards to her they were faulty. She told them and they promised to replace but they only took one. She went back to tell them again about the cupboards. They've been promising since last year. The store manager knows about the situation but he doesn't do anything about it. Till today they haven't replaced the cupboards.
