BAD AND POOR LEATHER COUCH QUALITY

<p>I am becoming fed-up with the appalling and poor quality of the leather couch I bought from Morkels. I have already send back these couches four times to the warehouse for repairs and they keep on getting torn and cracks. I am very disappointed and would like these couches to be replaced with immediate effect, reason being the fact that when Morkels fix one couch the other one starts to crack and tear. As I am speaking I'm about to make another call for Morkels to fix my other couch, whilst the other one is being fixed as we speak. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am left with no option but to request a complete new set of leather couches or else I will contact my lawyers to file a claim against morkels. I am fed up and can't take it anymore. </p>
