Bad after service at Bradlows

Good day My husband have account with Bradlows Carletonville we bought a Defy washing machine the sales service was excellent but after sales was horrible. With first day it start giving errors and was told it will be replace of any faults at first 7 days .This never happend they came to try and fix it with out winning.
