Bad after sales

Hellopeter.com, I bought a leather lounge suit on the 29/07/2017, from Bradlows Lenasia for the cash amount of R16000. I received the lounge suit from Bradlows Lenasia, but after a year, the leather was busting on the 2 seater. The sales person and Bradlows gave me a leather, guaranty of 5 years. I contacted them and they said they'll fix it because its still under warrantee. The stitcher on the 3 seater came loose. When I told them about it, they send a person to invesitage. That person, wanted to burn the stitchers, instead of repairing. They brought back the 2 seater that looks like someone from the street repaired it and now they took the 3 seater as well. They said that they don't know when I'm receiving my stuff that I paid cash for. I have been inconvenienced for weeeks, months and til' today. When I asked how long for repairs, they simply said:"Weeks to months, we don't know, it depends on the manufacturer, we don't have control". I have been waiting for days, weeks and months. We only have a 1 seater and the rest of the family uses the kitchen chairs to accommodate. Bradlows Lenasia inconvienced me and my family. They took the lounge suite a month ago and still no hope. Please assist.
