Earlier this year I opened a credit avout account at bradlows and it happened the the was a house breaking where I stay and they took everything. I did a claim successfully but the items were not the same and it told them that the washing machine they brought was not the same and the price and a size is not the same. The manager promised to sort out the issue, I continued trying to communicate with him via WhatsApp but he ended up blocking me. I called in store but they were always saying he is not around. I ended up calling their customer care line and I reported the issue. They promised to get back to me but even them they never called me, they just gave me a reference no of the issue. For me I'm not happy at all it seem like they are *****ulent because I can not continue paying the same installment while the items are cheaper that the ones I signed for and they are blocking me.
