Awful service from Bradlows guy called Pieter Van Rooyen

Worst service I have ever received!!!! I laid a complaint stating that the second fridge that was delivered has a dent. I told the guys not to open it because it would be delivered elsewhere. When we open it up it has a huge ass dent on the top next to the name defy. The fridge was covered in protective layers there is nooo way we could have damaged that fridge at all! I get a call from Pieter Van Rooyen telling me that his guys says that they opened the fridge while here at my place which is not true only one fridge was unsealed. Imagine this guy telling me that im lying his guys wouldn't lie. My problem is the manner in which he addressed this saying that he cannot do anything about it. I reported this within 7days if someone does not fetch this damaged fridge you can take all the delivered goods I do not want any thing to do with bradlows, disgusting staff with no respect for customers! Im disgusted still this Pieter Van Royen guy tells me he can't do anything about it because his guys said the fridges where fine, I must call the branch manager. What was his reason for calling then? To basically call me a ****? He needs training on customer etiquette!!!!!
