Awful Service

I bought a bed online from Bradlows on the 26th of August which was not delivered according to the stipulated time frame on their website (3-10 days). I then called to lodge a complaint and asked for a refund. Was then told to send through my banking details for the refund to be processed. I was told that I will get my money within 14 days, which has passed also. To top it all off, I got a call from the delivery company recently asking for direction to my house, how absurd. This totally shows that Bradlows doesn't care about its customers and they are not even taking responsibility for their awful service. I will never buy anything from them nor recommend it to even my worst enemy.
