Awful service at Bradlaws

I purchased my couches last year 2017 and I was not happy with how they looked. the 2 seater couch had a skew back piece, the 3 seater has a stich that in not intact anymore, there is a torn piece that they still do not want to replace. I called the call center and the call was logged, I was told that I should send pictures to a WhatsApp number that is not working. No one is acknowledging the pictures that I sent to that number
